This policy explains what data the GİRDAP mobile game ("the Game"), developed and published by ArsigoGames (the data controller, arsigogames.com), processes and why. It also covers your rights under the GDPR and Turkey's personal data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).
1. Data we collect
Account details (if you sign in with Apple): the anonymous user ID provided by Apple and, if you choose to share them on first sign-in, your name and email address (this may be an Apple "Hide My Email" address).
Guest account: if you don't sign in with Apple, a randomly generated anonymous ID.
Purchases: App Store transaction ID, product ID, date and environment (Sandbox/Production). Your payment details stay with Apple and never reach us.
Ad rewards: what a rewarded ad was watched for and when (to limit abuse).
Leaderboard: the display name you choose, a country code taken from your device region, total stars, highest level and weekly score.
1a. Public leaderboard
On the in-game Leaderboard screen, your display name, country flag (country code), total stars and highest level are shown publicly to other players. You don't have to use your real name, and you can change your display name at any time from the Profile screen. Inappropriate names are filtered. Deleting your account also deletes your leaderboard entry. On iOS, if Game Center is enabled, your scores are also sent to Apple Game Center leaderboards; that data is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
2. Why we use it
To save and restore your progress across devices; to verify purchases and deliver items; to process refunds; to show the leaderboard; to prevent cheating and abuse; and to answer support requests.
3. Ads
There are no forced ads between levels. Ads are shown via Google AdMob only when you choose to watch one in exchange for a reward (extra power-up, extra time, continue, 2× reward). On first launch you choose whether to allow personalized ads; on iOS you are also asked for App Tracking Transparency permission. If you decline, only non-personalized ads are shown. 4. Storage and transfers
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the EU (Frankfurt). When you delete your account, your progress, identity details and leaderboard entry are permanently deleted; purchase records may be kept, separated from your identity, to meet legal obligations (tax, refunds).
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. You can delete your account instantly in the Game under Settings → Account & iCloud save → Delete account, or email destek@girdap.app.
6. Children
The Game is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; if you believe this has happened, contact us and we will delete the data.
7. Changes
If this policy is updated, the new date will be published on this page.
